ACCOMMODATION

There is a good mix of accommodation in the area, both in Llandudno itself and further afield.

As in past years, members will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Those with Internet access will be able to view most of the options at www.visitwales.co.uk. Prices are quoted including 15% VAT where applicable. Those wishing to phone may call the Visit Wales Centre, which is a one-stop shop for information on all aspects of holidays and short breaks in Wales. Opening hours are between 09:00 and 17:00 seven days a week. The national call rate applies when calling within UK. Tel: 08708 300 306, Fax: 08701 211259, email: info@visitwales.co.uk. Calls from abroad drop the first ‘0’ and add +44 to their international dialing code.

Like to stay where the services will be held?

If you decide to stay at the St George’s, a 4-star Hotel, please make sure you mention our booking reference "UCG2009" when you phone or email the hotel (see contact details on Church Services - Location page). Booking on their website will not give you the option of the reduced rates being offered to us.

The prices they are offering are £65 per single room and £80 per twin or double room on a Bed and Breakfast basis. This is a very good price for a four-star hotel.

Helping others to keep the Feast:

A voluntary registration of £25 per person over 18 years old would be much appreciated. We will offset some of the cost of the meeting hall through this. Please make sure that you notify us whether funds you send are for this registration or for regular tithes and offerings.
